AT GOETHALS PARK IN LINDEN, NJ
LINDEN, NJ, AUGUST 30, 2002-- Michael Simon, President of Simon Holdings, Inc., announced a lease renewal and a lease expansion at Goethals Park in Linden, New Jersey. The 525,000 square foot office/industrial park has historically maintained very high occupancy levels.
Aryanna Furniture, Inc., a leading furniture manufacturer, has renewed its lease for 113,000 square feet of industrial space at the park. In addition, GIF Services, Inc. has expanded its lease at Goethals Park.
